Stayed Aug 21, 2023This property did not look like the pictures. The property was dirty, the walls, the bathrooms and we had BED BUGS in one of the rooms, couldn't sleep at all with that kind of guests in the bed. We had problem with the smart door 8/10 times. Once we were stuck outside until 00.30 am with 2 little children. One of the toilets stopped flushing after second day. The good things were that the flat was fairly central, had many options between buses amd Metro to get around. And when we reported the door fault they were there very quick to fix it. The customer servis was 10/10 and very helpfull. But the price we paid was not worth the state of the flat.
