Lovely clean apartment, great location, the plumbing is a bit dodgy though

Everything was amazing!!! The apt was in the best arena for food, drinks and sites.

Suggest kitchen be stocked a little better with more glasses , corkscrew etc Actually left a corkscrew so there is now a working one there Overall lovely apartment and Charlotte was very responsive Bathrooms especially very nice

The location is very good. Issues were as follows: 1. There are really only two bathrooms even though they advertise three. In total there are two showers, five sinks, and two toilets. Three bathrooms is false advertising IMO. 2. The air conditioning units are installed in the master bedroom and living room ONLY. The second bedroom with the double bed has a swamp cooler that sounds like you're sleeping next to a jet engine all night and the window must remain open for venting causing us to receive mosquito bites galore! The third bedroom with the twin beds has only a fan and no air conditioning, so good luck if you're sleeping in there in the summer. 3. The check-in process was rough. The automatic opening on the door to our apartment was not working all week and they never told us which unit we were in except that it was on the 4th floor. None of the apartments are numbered so we ended up trying to open the door to someone else's apartment which was super embarrassing. Luckily, the neighbors were nice. 4. The building appears to be under construction of some sort because the stairs in the building were covered in drop cloth the entire week. Otherwise, they were covering some very worn carpeting that requires replacement. 5. The wood flooring in the apartment appears to be original as advertised, but it is falling apart and requires significant repairs. Sweet Inn did their best to be attentive to our concerns.

I took my daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters (4 and 6) over the kids’ spring break in March, 2023 to Paris and this apartment was ideal for the 5 of us. It basically looked to me like what I would expect an apartment college kids might share to look like. There are 3 ample bedrooms with good storage and two renovated bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath with sinks and toilet; the shared bath has the sinks and shower close to the bedrooms and the toilet and another sink, in what is essentially a powder room off the front entryway, but not far away. The kitchen is also located in the front entry way and is adequate for preparing simple meals and offers the great convenience of a washing machine—although no drier, but a large drying rack. Continuing past the kitchen on the left and the powder room on the right, you enter the living room through double French doors! The room is a good size, with a high (12’/?) ceiling—the same actually as the rest of the rooms. It faces south across the Rue de Rivoli and gets lots of light and no noise with the windows closed. However, it would benefit greatly from adding another loveseat against the window facing wall and moving the chair, because as is, only 3 adults can comfortably sit there. For us that was OK. The floors are handsome parquet, probably dating to the construction of the building, well over a hundred years ago and are in need of reinforcement in various spots. For us it was perfect and we would return!

The apartment was spacious, clean and a perfect location. We loved the in-unit washer. We arrive early and dropped off our bags at the Sweet Inn office which was also a nice benefit. We also scheduled a driver from the airport through Sweet Inn and it was very convenient.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Would stay in it again.

The apartment was cozy. The cafe below was excellent. The location was pretty central to many things. Overall, it was a great experience.

Property is very convenient to everything in Paris center- able to walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musee Dorsee

The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are new-ish. The location is right next to BHV, so nice. The furniture is so uncomfortable that we did not want to sit around after returning in the evening and chat--one of the reasons we rent an apartment rather than staying in a hotel. The hard chairs at the table were more comfortable. The floors were dirty and the rug was disgusting. The check in process was a mess. We were told check in was at 4. When we dropped our luggage off at 8:30 am at the Sweet Inn offices until we could check in, we were told the apartment would not be ready until 530. Although we could check in at 4, the cleaners would not be done until 530. About 330, i received a reply to my request to check in early (made days earlier) that said the apartment was ready at 8 am for us? Totally confusing. We got our luggage (was told again the apartment would not be ready until 5:30 and walked over. Arrived at 440 and there were no cleaners. I would hesitate to use another Sweet Inn property. Disappointing because we usually have such a good experience with VRBO properties.

This property was perfectly located near the Louvre, Norte Dame, and Sainte Chapelle. And bus/metro service was easy to other sights. The apartment was the perfect size for 5 adults (me, my 2 daughters, and their 2 friends). We had a fabulous time. Bonus - there’s an elevator!
