Swan View is an elegant one bedroom ground floor apartment located in a Victorian townhouse in the prestigious area of Low Harrogate, a few minutes walk away from Harrogate's town centre boutiques and restaurants, close to Valley Gardens, with their colourful floral displays and the cosmopolitan Montpellier Quarter.

Ideally located for anyone attending events at the Royal Hall or Conference centre, both a few minutes walk way.

The apartment has a spacious lounge that is well equipped with a large sofa, sofa bed, armchair and TV. There is a dining table with lovely views over to the famous Old Swan Hotel.

The bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and ample wardrobe and drawer space.

On street parking is available outside the property and parking permits are provided to guests free of charge.

    Have stayed here several times and have enjoyed each stay. Easy walk into Harrogate and Valley Garden. The owner communicates effectively and the check in and check out process is easy.

    Karen met us at the apartment. She was so gracious even though we were late getting there. She showed us around, gave us suggestions about Harrogate shopping etc. All the instructions for the various appliances were available which was good. I would stay here again. Thanks Karen

    This is my 3rd stay at this quaint and lovely apartment. Another wonderful stay, the location is perfect for walking to Valley Garden and into town. The owner Karen is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

    The accommodations were as pictured, described and as I expected. The parking pass was very helpful. The location was ideal for walking to the gardens, restaurants and shopping. I would certainly stay again…loved it!

    The owner, Karen, met us upon our arrival and showed us where everything was and gave us a few tips on restaurants and other things we were interested in. The apartment was extremely well presented and very clean and homely. It felt just like a second home with everything we needed. Living room was superb, very big and with a bay window letting in lots of light, an ideal place to have breakfast and start the day. Very close to the centre of Harrogate and within easy walking distance of many pubs, restaurants and coffee places. Perfect for our needs for the week. Would have no problem recommending this property to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

    We had a lovely few days in Harrogate but unfortunately the accommodation left a lot to be desired. We normally holiday abroad but due to COVID we decided to holiday in England. This apartment did not come close to the standard of accommodation we have come to expect in Portugal, Italy and Spain at similar cost. The apartment is located in a central position in a nice location. Our immediate impression on entering the front door was that everything had seen better days and there was a distinct musty smell as if the apartment had not been aired for months. All furnishings including carpets, kitchen, wardrobes and sofa’s etc need replaced. The rug in the lounge should be shot and put out of its misery. The carpet appeared to not have been hoovered for quite some time and the kitchen floor was sticky to walk on. In general the furnishings are very tired and urgently need replaced/upgraded. We had a dodgy front door lock which couldn’t have been missed by the lady greeting us. One of the other visitors got locked out because of it. To be fair once reported it was replaced very promptly. Due to the musty/damp smell we had to have the windows open the entire time we were there. All except the lounge window which was impossible to open. The front lounge windows badly need cleaned to remove the ingrained months of dirt. Dishes In the kitchen cupboard were dirty and greasy (underside of small plates had egg on them). Bathroom - one of the lights was out and there was absolutely nowhere to lay toiletry items. There is a cleaning fee charge but it would appear this is not being utilised for its intended purpose. It would appear that no one is checking to ensure cleaning is carried out satisfactorily prior to new residents moving in. We felt it was a flat with a lot of potential but it is very tired and needs a lot of TLC and money spent on it. Overall we were very disappointed. I am so sorry to have to raise these issues but it probably best that you hear them.

    Karen who owns the apartment met and briefed us on arrival about the apartment and things to do in the district and we much appreciated this. We had a great holiday in spite of appalling weather. Having a nice cosy apartment to come home to after a day in the cold an rain saved the holiday.
