Stayed Jan 13, 2022The whole penthouse is lovely! The view of the Bellagio Fountain and Paris is breathtaking. The furniture and design of the PH is modern and clean. It has a full kitchen and two big size refrigerators. Above all, the customer service at Strip View Suites is excellent. They were always available, responsive and helpful whenever I called or emailed them. I was bit nervous in the beginning about this PH being at the Jockey Club without any reviews. However, I am so glad I booked the place. There were 9 of us with plenty of beds and spaces to sleep and shower (originally 12 people but 3 dropped out). We felt like we were staying at the Cosmopolitan because we had the access internally. It was very easy to walk around and drive to the Jockey Club. I would highly recommend any large groups to stay at this PH.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022This place was an absolute fraud and nothing like the description or photos. I thought I was purchasing an expensive swanky pad for my bachelor party, but this was an embarrassment. Air conditioning was provided by a portable unit. The shower wasn't even big enough to turn around in. There was no jacuzzi as advertised in the photos. The entire floor was sticky/tacky. The smell of bleach burned your nose. Construction was flimsy and cheap. All the fixtures were basic. Checkout was schetch af. The beds were worn out. Half the lights didn't work. Bathtub didn't drain. Doors squeaked loudly. Electrical outlets and light switches were crooked. They didn't even bother to move furniture from the walls when they re-painted. Curtain rods are metal pipes. Toilet paper and paper towels were the cheapest possible - you would think a place this expensive would at least get you some Charmin to wipe with. This place should not be allowed to continue doing this. The other rooms in this building (The Jockey Club) apparently rent for less than 1/10th the cost of this room per night on Expedia.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022First of all, this is not a 3 bedroom unit. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a living room that contains two extra beds. With three different families staying here, it was not very private for the ones that had to stay in the living room. Secondly, the room on the end was hot. The AC didn't work or didn't work well in that room. They must have known about this problem as they had a really big evaporative cooler in there that also did not cool down the room but made lots of noise. When we asked the property managers to address the cooling issue they told us that since we had checked in after 4pm they could not come until the following day, and it would be anywhere from 11am until 4pm. We only had a 3 day stay. When they did come all they did was refill the water in the machine, which didn't fix the issue. Finally, the check-in was very confusing. I had been emailing for check-in instructions and kept getting told I would get them closer to my arrival. I was told in an email that I could check in at 3pm, but then my check-in email finally arrived at around 3pm on the day of check-in saying that I could not check-in until 4pm. It was hard to find the security office as it only has a little sign over the door. None of our stay information had been communicated to the security desk so we had to wait while they called SVS to confirm we were checking in and make new keys. That took an extra 20 minutes. The unit has an excellent view, and it is easy to get into the Cosmopolitan or onto the Strip. The pictures look a bit nicer than the actual quality of the unit, but the unit was fine. Next time I would probably choose to get three separate hotel rooms rather than this one big place.
