The private location towards the back of La Quinta Resort provides a tranquil setting to enjoy warm desert days and cool desert nights. The villa has a full kitchen with all major appliances, dining for six and a living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private balcony. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a water closet and a separate shower and tub. There is a second bathroom off the living area with a shower, toilet and single vanity. The private balcony off the kitchen/dining area has outdoor seating for dining and relaxing. Guests will enjoy southern and western mountain views from the private outdoor living space. Just a short-walk to Spa La Quinta and the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops; you are right in the middle of a world-class Waldorf Astoria resort. Getting Around:

Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area

    gardeners/maintenence people, 5 of them were outside our unit at the bottom of the stairs fixing something and making a lot of noise at 7.30am this morning. didn't appreciate that, we are on vacation

    Really enjoyed myself. Nice unit maybe needs a touch of tlc. Door jam on patio door needs a fix as does master bath window and the fabric on the outdoor furniture. But aside from that a really homey nice property with a Spanish influence. I would stay at this nice and pleasant property all over again!

    This is a great unit! The unit is located in a quiet section of the resort and is well appointed with everything you need during your stay. Communication with the leasing company was excellent and check in and check out was easy and seamless.

    Stayed here several times. Easy check in, easy to get a hold of if you need anything or help which we did they took care of fast. A nice late check out for extra $. Property is nicely located, reasonably priced. We gave it a 4 star on cleanliness because they need to replace a few worn out things, chipped and cracked dishes and bowls, throw rug needs replacing or cleaning in living area. Needs a little TLC. nothing terrible. It is a nice place to just chill & relax.

    Please do not post my review! We enjoyed our 2nd year staying in this property and will book it again next year. A few comments: 1) Would be nice to have decaf coffee and tea. 2) The unit needs a thorough dusting (ex. the legs on the desk were filthy). 3) As there is only one closet, it would be nice to not have debris in the closet (several door knobs and framed mirror on the floor; DVD player and old wall phone on upper shelf). 4) I lost several hours of the last afternoon at the resort as I ran the dishwasher and water flooded out onto the floor. I mopped up the floor and bailed out the water, then called Calif. Vacation Villas who responded fairly quickly; I waited for maintenance (he came fairly quickly and was very courteous). I then waited while he re-ran the cycle and diagnosed the problem (he said failed seal).

    We have stayed in several of the tennis villas at La Quinta Resort. This unit is nice easy access nicely located. Its a nice size with a kitchen two bathrooms sitting room and separate bedroom and two decks, so you have room to spread out. The bed was comfortable it really has everything you need, It just needs a little cleaning up, not that its bad or anything. The front door which is your first impression is worn it needs paint or stain, the door mat needs to be replaced. Same goes with the decks doors they are worn need paint the outdoor lantern needs fixing hanging by one screw. These are minor things that need fixing. The management group is great we wanted to stay an extra day and it was available they make it super easy. Check in was easy check out was easy no waiting. We would love to stay again La Quinta Resort is beautiful and this unit is very comfortable.

    we have stayed at the resort for many years and this rental did not disclose that the dates we were scheduled to come - the resort had been completely bought out for a conference and all restaurants and tennis facilities were closed to the public. This should have been disclosed. We reached out to the property manager when we got here about this issue and received NO response. unacceptable and compensation for this should be addressed
