Stayed Oct 31, 2025Avoid this rental if possible. I arrived to find the property in extremely poor, unprepared condition. The unit had clearly not been cleaned before my stay. There were multiple live and dead bugs, stained and dirty linens, a dirty toilet, stopped-up sink, visible grime on the stove, and an overall unpleasant odor throughout the unit. The shower never produced hot water, and the toilet ran nonstop.Several listed amenities were unusable or inaccurate. The TV did not work (no batteries in either remote and no cable/Fire Stick connected), and although the listing advertised Wi-Fi, there was none and I had to purchase my own internet access.The host informed me before arrival that he would be on a cruise, which made him unreachable during the stay. I followed Vrbo’s instructions to message him through the app, but he did not respond until the day after checkout. In that message, he apologized and acknowledged that his cleaners “dropped the ball” and also revealed that the property had been double booked during my stay, meaning it wasn’t prepared for any guest, not just me.I have documented everything with photos and reported it to Vrbo. I hope the host and Vrbo address these issues before the next traveler arrives, because no guest should experience a stay in this condition.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025We live approximately 3 hours away I contacted the host by messenger through the VRBO app I called the host through the app and received no instructions for entering the building so ok but I rented and everything was ok then I show up to said premises were my stay was supposed to be , tried to contact the management to get in, to no response we then go to the back lot where we parked so we can figure this out only to see a tow truck getting ready to tow my truck away he was not hooked up to my truck yet but was very nice after I explained to him what was going on and he said if I leave the truck he'd be forced to tow it, as it was in a private lot there is no parking I'm aware of besides the public pay parking lot 1 block away
