The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses. The space is completed by a dining table, TV, and fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal also for working.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and radiant heating, ensuring comfort in every season. The bathroom is fully fitted and includes a washing machine, hair dryer, bidet, and iron.
