The unit was very clean and kitchen has all the necessities that need. Having coffee supplied in the unit was great. Could use another extra blanket in the other bedroom and more lighting in the living room. Besides the road repairs it was a great place to stay and the owner was very nice to work to communicate with. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet apartment. Instructions were thorough and clear. Check-in went smoothly. Everything was clean. Host was responsive to my questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 11 and 5) really enjoyed our stay. The property is big, comfortable, easily accessible, safe (gated community), pools (a highlight for the kids), a gym, washer/dryer, full kitchen and very homey (we could totally live there). The assigned and covered parking was perfect for the hot, summer weather. It had everything we needed (house necessities). The entry code that was given didn't work, but luckily, they gave us an initial backup code that did work. The hosts were very quick to respond to all of my questions. The only thing that I wish was if there were drawers to put our clothes in. We stayed there for a total of 13 days, so I feel like that would have been helpful and neater. There were closets and hangers (that was great), but we weren't able to put all of our clothes away and easily accessible for the kids.Overall, it was the perfect place to stay. It didn't feel like we were away from home. There were many places to eat, shop that were nearby. We would definitely stay there again. We also appreciate the early check in (4 hours earlier than usual). That worked out perfectly for us. THANK YOU for an unforgettable stay!

The unit was private and each room was very spacious . Furniture was comfortable and beds firm. We often enjoyed our coffee sitting out on the patio or around the dining room table (under a high ceiling).The proximity of the covered parking space as well as the pool/spa and work-out room is a plus. This location is situated within minutes of the strip, UNLV, T-Mobile arena, and Allegiant Stadium. Customer service is key. Questions and any issues were VERY promptly addressed no matter the day of the week, or the time of day. We will definitely arrange to stay here again.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was completely furnished in a very comfortable and complete manner. We come to LV to climb at Red Rocks so we are into comfort when back from a long day and the condo met our expectations

When we walked into the condo, we were taken aback by how large it was. 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one very large), a nice living room, a dining area, and a complete kitchen (a bit on the small side). There was also a full-sized washer and dryer in the entryway. The unit was very clean and the complex very quiet. We were there for business and it was nice to have a place large enough to fully relax during our off hours.

This was a very nice two bedroom two bathroom condo. Perfect for me and my business associate to get a good night's rest for the SEMA show. Allan and his team had great communications and was easy to deal with. Highly recoomend.

Excellent place, just like the pictures and description. Manager was very helpful getting into the unit a little early, designated parking space is great. Quiet neighborhood. Nice fridge and kitchen to use, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. I would definitely book this property again.

The communication with the host was probably the highlight of the stay. Pre booking I had few questions and they answered it promptly. We needed assistance during the stay and they resolved it promptly. The place is clean and airy. Definitely recommend it.
