This contemporary 2 bedroom apartment accommodates 4 people very comfortably. It is situated in a quiet part of Estartit and is only a 5 minute walk to the blue flag sandy beach of Estartit. It is a further 10 minute stroll into the centre of Estartit where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops for guests to enjoy.

The apartment comprises of a large and comfortable lounge/dining area. Just off the lounge area, guests can enjoy a nice south facing balcony area which also has a dining table and chairs.

The main bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has bunk beds which sleep 2 people. Again, this smaller bedroom has built-in wardrobes.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the amenities holidaymakers would expect.

The bathroom has a shower and the other usual facilities.

The apartment has a flat screen TV and DVD player, hifi system and free WiFi.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th floor for US guests) of the building.

The apartment is situated in a building which has 11 other apartments and there is a large outdoor swimming pool. Even during the Summer, it is never very busy.

The apartment is situated only a short car journey from many local attractions such as Girona city (40 mins), Figueres and Dali's Museum (35-40 mins). Estartit is on the Costa Brava coastline, which offers many beautiful sandy beaches and coves for guests to visit and enjoy.

Just off the coast of Estartit are the Medes Islands which are arguably some of the best diving waters in the Mediterranean Sea. The area around the islands are protected. There are many other water-borne sports available, many very scenic cycling routes and very close by there are some great golf courses.

This area of Catalonia can also boast some great history and architecture dating back to the Greco/Roman Empires. There are many Medieval walled villages and towns such as Pals, Paratallada and the city of Girona which are all within short car journeys from the accommodation This area of Catalonia is also very famous for it's local wine and cuisine.

The nearest airport to Estartit is that of Girona (45 mins) which many flights from other parts of Europe, fly into. The main international airport is Barcelona El Prat, which is approximately 2 hours away. The French frontier in only approximately 50 minutes away.
