New York, New York
The comfortable Tribeca space is a lovely, alternative to hotel living in a low density downtown upscale area of NY. It consists of a living/dining area with 2 separate sleeping areas, adjacent to living room. Apt is on Franklin St on 2nd floor of a 5 story bldg (no elevator) There is 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area. In a 2nd smaller sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit with 2 single beds in it, (one over the other). Both 2 sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid construction wall (our ceilings are 12'8') and from the living area by sliding fabric room dividers. not doors. Living/dining room w/service for 6, modern outfitted kitchen and spacious bath(tub and shower). Each guest is given a complete set of fresh towels and there is a separate laundry in an adjacent private hall. Housekeeper comes in right before guest visits to clean and sanitize space. If calendar is booked or you have shorter/different dates we have other options/link on this site, #169911 or #88540. No pets, parties or smoking! See more great photos on IG at tribecarental

Beth said June 17, 2019: The owners were very accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times through the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and that we have everything we need at the apt. It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great, and apartment was very quiet, which was a bonus.

This is a very comfortable, convenient place to stay. It is well outfitted and well equipped. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't find. Good internet so it was very suitable for myself and my two children. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. This is a great area with excellent food right nearby and within walking distance of nearly all of the subway lines. Ubers all over so very easy to get everywhere. We could not have had a better experience.A super cute, completely furnished/well equipped non smoking quiet loft space. Lower Manhattan location around corner from Roxy Hotel.

We stayed here for a Manhattan experience for 10 days in February. Apartment is in the heart of Tribeca with multiple subway lines within a few blocks. Access to all of the city is excellent. Brooklyn bridge is within easy walking distance. Whole Foods is an easy walk as well. Location couldn’t be better and it is in a very safe area on a quiet street with no traffic noise.
The apartment is easily accessible on the 2nd floor. Apt is quite spacious and open with a high ceiling, tastefully decorated with artwork and functional furniture. The pictures accurately reflect the space. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware. It was the middle of winter and we were quite warm and comfy. The 2 bedrooms sit towards the rear of the apartment. Bed was quite comfortable. The hosts were quite attentive. I would recommend this Tribeca apartment whole heartedly. I think one would be hard pressed to find such a spacious and tastefully appointed space in this area at such a reasonable rate.
Apt consists of 2 sleeping areas, with 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in a 2nd smaller sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit with 2 single beds in it, (one over the other). There is a living /dining area, well outfitted kitchen and 1 fully appointed spacious bath. Note: This space works nicely for a couple with 1-2 children, (as it is very well equipped for them) or a couple plus one single friend, not 4 adults. If a larger group check our our other 1bedroom apt #169911 or #88540 (for 2) as both apts can be linked by a private hall to accommodate bigger families up to 6. This family and foot friendly area has been designated a landmarked historic district w/lovely restored examples of 19th century cast iron architecture. The neighborhood has kept its early wide cobblestone streets and is just a few blocks from both the art galleries and boutique shopping of adjoining SOHO and Tribeca. Foodies have much to celebrate here, as we are in the midst of the very best 4 star and chef owned award winning restaurants in Manhattan. Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Promenade, right along the river, where there are miles of a lovely uninterrupted wide biking and jogging path in a traffic free zone, that goes all the way uptown and down, as well as several waterfront parks. There are seasonal activities including tennis courts, ping pong, basketball, bike rentals, batting cages and incredibly beautiful sunsets with a children's only playground right nearby. We are right near several express and local subways, with 10 minutes to Javits Convention Center, Lincoln Center/museums.theatre, great shopping, taxis on corner. Supermarket, Whole Foods, Gourmet Garage, boutique shopping within walking distance. Calendar may not be up to date so email for more options. Tell us # guests, singles or couples and any children. No pets/smoking or parties please. Non commercial use only. If commercial use contact for other details.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month long visit to visit our kids. This is a fantastic location - subways, great restaurants, all the beautiful cast iron buildings of Soho and Tribeca. And art galleries galore. Jillian is a wonderful host, very attentive. The apartment has everything you need. Great kitchen, fully stocked. Large bathroom. Plus a washer dryer just outside the door. Lovingly decorated with antique toys and beautiful artwork created by the owners. It felt very much like home. Thank you for making our trip so special Jillian.
We had a great time in TriBeCa. Lots of room plus handy to multiple subway lines. Convenient grocery and liquor stores less than a block away. Owner was very accessible - provided detailed communication prior to our arrival and responded promptly to any questions we had during our stay. Bonus - really interesting art hanging in the apartment.
The property location is fantastic. The owner was easy to get a hold of. The decor is dated.
Location AWESOME, owners ALWAYS AVAILABLE and HELPFUL.. I highly suggest this!
I was with my two grandchildren (12 and 14 years) in New York for 5 days. We enjoyed the apartment a lot. All the amenities were there, the location was great with easy access to the subway. An additional bonus was that a basketball court and skate park in nearby Hudson Park were within a 5 - 10 minute walk. After all the sightseeing, the three of us could go there and relax.

The apartment is very spacious. It is a beautiful well-loved open-plan space in the back of the building....tall windows line the back, so it feels airy, although they do not give off much natural light. However the quiet, spaciousness and privacy more than made up for lack of lighting. It is located near so many favorite shops, galleries, gym, coffee bars, wine shop and a Gourmet Garage all within 2 blocks and 2 subway lines to either side. The landlords were discrete, but always available and super organized. I never wondered how to do or find one thing - it was all written out. A washer/dryer set is just outside the door to the apt which is very convenient. Tons of counter space in both kitchen and bathroom allowed me to unpack and feel that I could really make a meal and stay awhile. I stayed for 2-3 weeks. I will rent this place again for sure.
This appartment is very well located near a subway station. We had a wonderfull time in NYC and it was great to rest in the living room after a long day of walking in the city. Communication with our host was fluid easy and fluid.
This space in an older building has been nicely renovated with a spacious and functional kitchen and bathroom and two comfortable sleeping areas. The apartment is on the second floor and quite secure. It is on a very quiet street yet within a quick walk to three subway lines. The owners are very responsive and communicate quickly and effectively. Grocery stores and an abundance of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in lower Manhattan.
Cute and cozy. Convenient location. Attentive and thoughtful service.
