One of the double bedrooms has access to a lovely balcony, while the other – along with the living room – opens onto the spectacular panoramic terrace, ideal for sunny breakfasts or sunset dinners .
The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub – air conditioning ❄️.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND FLEXIBLE SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom, no constraints.

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.
