Stayed Nov 26, 2025When I was looking for a place to stay in Coffs Harbour I wanted a kitchen, king size bed, washing machine,and parking on site. This place advertised all four of these things along with a barbecue. After I paid I received an email stating I could not park on site nor could I use the barbecue. After we arrived late in the evening, I realized there was no kitchen and no washing machine. I called Coff accommodations who were taking care of this apartment and complained. They said they were sorry and they tried to find another place for us, but were unable. They offered us $150 discount which we eventually took because we did not know where else we could stay on such short notice. I had a few other conversations with them and they were not helpful at all. IT WAS TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
