Community Pool



Community pool available for guest use. An access code is required to enter the pool area. Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Please note: The community pool is managed by the homeowners’ association (not the host). Availability is seasonal and not guaranteed, as it may close temporarily due to maintenance, repairs, or end-of-season scheduling.

STARTER KIT

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.



️ Kitchen Kit:

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 small trash bags

- 2 large trash bags

- Dish soap

- 2 dishwasher pods

- 2 laundry pods

- 1 sponge

- 2 dish towels



Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap



️ Linens & Towels:

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay
