Sunseeker - 80 sqm dream terrace

Only a few minutes walk away from the shore of the lake, Sunseeker is a beautiful apartment that lived up entirely to expectation. The terrace gets the sun all day but there is an awning as well if shade is needed. Marta and Marvin were excellent hosts and provided a lot of information. Overall we could not have asked for more

My first impression was a little shock in front of the house… but the flat inside was really beautiful, big (with large terrasse) and quiet nevertheless citycenter and lakeside are only 3 minutes by feet away. The flat has everything you need and the owners are really kindly.

The property location is excellent. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Our host, Marta was wonderful. She recommended places to visit, restaurants, etc and was always close by to help us in anyway she could. Would definitely return. Thank you Marta!!!!

Martin & Marta's apartment is located within easy walking distance of central Desenzano. Free off-street parking behind the building was an added bonus. Communication was very quick and efficient. The owners live in the building and were available for check-in which made the process very easy. The apartment has an unusual floorplan due to the shape of the building. The 2 bedrooms are separated by a bathroom and the second bathroom is located down a hallway. This was not a problem for us, but we shared the apartment with another couple so not as convenient for one couple. We visited during August when it was quite warm. There are AC units in both bedrooms which made sleeping very comfortable. We cooked one night and the kitchen gets fairly warm during hot weather. A very nice feature of the property is the sunny large outdoor space that is landscaped with artificial turf, potted plants, chairs and a table - a perfect place for morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks. The space does not offer direct views of the lake but is open and private. The apartment was very quiet and we did not see any other people during our stay. I met Marta, and she is very warm and caring. You can tell the apartment is lovingly cared for and is a great value. Highly recommended!

Our host, Marta, was so friendly and helpful. The apartment had all we needed including a big outside area. We had private parking and the lakefront was only 5 minutes away. Desenzano is a lively place with historic places to visit, loads of bars and restaurants and some beaches nearby. A lovely holiday location.

Marvin and Martha were both wonderful and welcoming! It was easy to communicate with them and the apartment was exactly as described. We were only there for two nights, but plan to come back as we loved the town and the apartment. It is huge and that’s patio is spectacular. Thank you Martha for your kindness and warmth!
