Sunrise Waterfront Cottage

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. This is truly a gem.

Great view in back yard. Saw dolphins every day. Excellent hosts.

This was a picture perfect cottage in a picture perfect location. Amanda was a great host and very attentive to our needs. If you’re looking for a very relaxing time, this is the place to be. You’re within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and a marina.

I found Goodland to be a quaint & quiet spot - all that’s needed for a brief respite. While it has that remote feeling there’s still plenty of access for water events and shops in Marco are 10-15 minutes away. The host is amazingly responsive to any questions. Booked my calendar for a return visit.

We had a great time at a great location. We could watch the sunrise over the water or just sit by the water & enjoy the view. We could walk to restaurant, fish market & marina. The kitchen is well stocked (pots, pans etc) so it is easy to prepare food.

This small cottage is off the beaten path, yet very close to the Goodland local restaurants offering delicious meals. It is also only a 15 to 30 minute drive from Marco Islands’ gorgeous beaches with beautiful white sand and plenty of shells for collectors.

Cute little cottage! Loved the kayaks and spending time on dock watching dolphins. We didn’t know it was a 3 apartment cottage but it all worked out fine! Thanks for your hospitality!!

Exception host. Very nice to have all the little extras on hand waiting for you. Great location for exploring the Everglades & Marco Island beaches.

It was great. Hope to get the same house on next visit.

The host always responded to my emails quickly and was very accommodating during my stay, she and her husband was great.
