The unit offers two bedrooms - master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and toilet and access to the rear courtyard patio.

The second bedroom provides two single beds and both rooms have ceiling fans. There is also a main bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Unit 8 is on the ground floor with approximately 7 steps up from the path. There is secure underground parking for one car (carpark height = 2.1m)

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
