The space
‘Sunrise on Aura' is a fully self contained serviced 2BR apartment that puts you in the heart of the Melbourne, in close proximity to all that the CBD has to offer. This fully equipped apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms, an open plan living and dining space, kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, a compact dishwasher, tea and coffee making facility including a coffee machine, an oven and stove top.

For your convenience we also provide a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, 2 tower fans and clothes airer should you wish to use these.

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, both are fitted with comfortable queen- sized beds and topped with premium quality linen, professionally cleaned after every stay. The built-in wardrobes contain hangers, shelving, an iron and ironing board and enough space to store your luggage.

Living Room: Relax on our comfortable couch in front of a smart TV and enjoy a breakfast at the breakfast bar overlooking stunning city and river views.

Balcony: Soak up all of Melbourne’s city views from the lounge room, you can access the spacious balcony through the double-glazed sliding doors. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine sitting at the outdoor setting provided on the balcony just for this reason.

Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cook top, cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), a fridge, compact dishwasher and basic pantry supplies if you would like a home cooked meal (salt, pepper and oil). Complimentary limited tea/coffee/coffee pods are included.

This is a self catering property however, to assist guest on the morning after their arrival we provide a complementary basic starter breakfast provision pack for the 1st morning which includes tea and coffee :)
FOR GUEST THAT BOOK AND STAY 3 NIGHTS OR MORE we will also provide a bottle of wine/champagne and some extra treats for you to enjoy :)

Bathroom: The compact bathroom is generously stocked with complimentary toiletries for your use and includes luxurious 650GSM towels , professionally cleaned after every stay.

Parking: There’s the option to pre-book self-parking of your vehicle at $35 a day via the concierge services. Please note that ‘Sunshine on Aura” does not have parking included. There are several parking facilities but the closest within 150 meters of Aura on Flinders serviced apartments are the below sites:

Nationwide parking – 474 Flinders St Melbourne.

Guests have access to the fitness center located on level 1 (Security Fob required to access this space)
Other things to note
Lost keys incurs a $100 replacement fee and lost fob incurs a $300 replacement fee.

We are located in the heart of Melbourne city so there is hustle and bustle around that maybe heard when things are quiet in the apartment (i.e. sirens, traffic and trains etc.)
Check-in is available from 2pm unitl 11.30pm and check-out is by 11am. Finally please treat our home and neighbors with respect :)
