Minutes from boutique shopping, spas, skiing, ice skating, Nordic skiing, hiking and biking. Outdoors Enthusiast dream; only a 5 minute walk to the free town of Vail bus stop. Our space is filled with charming details to help you slow down relax and enjoy your Vail vacation experience.

WELCOME TO THE VAIL VALLEY BASE CAMP!

DIRECTIONS:

Take the West Vail exit #173 off highway 70. Turn right on to North Frontage Road W off the roundabout just passed the Shell gas station. Continue to the right as the road turns into Arosa Drive. 2572 is located on the right side of the road. Please park in the designated spots for unit B. Two vehicles maximum. Unit B is located on the lower side of the home.

TVs:
The living room remote is solar powered, be sure it is facing up for recharging. Please return the tv to the original setting prior to checking out, as it was when you arrived.

NO SMOKING – NO PETS

TRASH/RECYCLE:
There is a bear proof trash can located just outside the garage. Be sure to leave trash inside the can and be sure the lid it tightly closed. There is a recycle center located just next to Vail Police department. The address is 111 South Frontage Road

FIREPLACE:
There is a gas fireplace located in the condo. Please be sure to turn off the fireplace when leaving the condo and or at night before going to bed

FIRE EXTINGUISHER:
Located in the kitchen cabinet under the sink

FIRST AID KIT:
Located in the bathroom vanity

FOOD & CONDIMENTS:
We leave some condiments and staples for our guests. Feel free to use and feel free to replace anything, if needed.

ELEVATION:
Remember you are at over 8,000 feet above sea level in Vail, so HYDRATE drink lots of water before and during your visit. Also, do not forget your sunscreen. The sun is a lot stronger at higher elevations.

LAUNDRY:
There are new machines in the home. Please be sure to use HE (high efficancy) detergent only and leave the detergent drawer and door open to air dry.

TOWN OF VAIL BUS:
The free town of Vail bus picks up approximately every twenty minutes during prime ski season. There is a bus schedule on the bus and on display at the bus stops. The easiest option is to sign up for the next bus app to keep an eye on the bus times. Uber and cab service is also available.

PARKING;
Please park in the designated spot(s) for unit B. Also, be sure to move the vehicles for the snow plow when we get 4” or more of snow.
