Stayed Aug 1, 2025Many problems encountered with the flat, and Abritel very slow to react (it took them 4 days to take my dissatisfaction seriouly).The owner of the flat told me that he couldn' help, and to contact Abritel.Abritel helpline is manned by robots, who kept telling me to be patient etc...I sent Abritel, the Helpline and owner photos (about 12 of them) and still very little attention was paid to deal with the problems we had.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The apartment corresponds to the description. You have all the basics you need. The Beach is literally 5-7 mins walk. The supermarket 10 mins away on foot (Consum). The bus stop is close if you want to go the Denia center. Overall nice stay

Stayed Oct 14, 2017The place was as described in the ad. We stayed for 3 months and it was comfortable enough. We only wished there had been a few more devices in the kitchen, but nothing very important. Also, the laundry machine was out of order, but Alexej arranged for us to do our laundry at our direct neighbor’s place, which worked well for us. The appartement is just a 100 meters away from the beach and from 2 supermarkets. Overall, a good place which I would recommend.
