This is a brand new remodeled studio apartment with lots of comfort and appeal. Very cozy and functional. The location is great and close to lots of things to do and minutes from Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, Ceasars of Southern Indiana and the Airport

Stayed Feb 16, 2023Nice, quiet, and cozy place. It’s about a 35 minute walk from downtown Louisville (or ten minute drive). It has everything you need (full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc)

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Cute little place. It was a bit dusty. I enjoyed having coffee items there but didn’t use any nor the toiletries left as they were half used. That grossed me out a bit. We liked how close the location was. Could use more outlets and hooks on walls. I would def recommend bringing your own pillows. We went to wal mart and bought our own. The bed was pretty comfortable tho. Cute neighborhood. Enjoyed your stay over all.

Stayed May 1, 2025We had a great 3 night stay here, overall was clean and modern, I would stay again if in the neighborhood. There were some cobwebs along the front porch by the front door, the bathroom was on the small size and I was surprised upon entry that the bed was in the living room and the couch in the kitchen! I didn’t get that from the pics but based on the fact that this was turned into a VRBO, I guess I understand the reasoning of using the space!
