Stayed Mar 12, 2021I like everything about this property. The property was Very Clean, Spacious, alot of closet space 2 closet in Front bedroom an a larger closet for the room with the 2 queen beds. I didn't like it didn't have a bedroom in Single bedroom. And No washer an dryer but the did have on on premises. I will definitely rent the property again. The owner was ABOVE AMAZING. Whenever l had a question he was always attentive an prompt. The Staff was all professional friendly and nice. Sergio You an OCEAN RESERVE YOU GET 10⭐

Well appointed Quiet 14th floor location friendly staff at property. 4 min walk across Jimmy Buffet way to the beach.Pools were a tad cool (nothing the owner has control of!) Clean and very spacious for our group of 6.Location/location, location. 10 min from Bal Harbour.3 min to Aventura MallExcellence!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Overall, we had a nice stay. During our weeklong stay, the fire alarm was pulled twice in the middle of the night making us evacuate the condo. Not the property owner‘s fault, just annoying. The bedrooms get pretty hot and the kitchen and living room are ice cold, but we were out and about most of the time so this wasn’t too bad of an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024The property was really nice with a great view of the bay. It did not offer any visibility to the ocean. Which wasnt a major issue because the view was still nice. He was kind and responsive. Anythings i needed about check in or datesmade it possible and responded while on the trip

Stayed Mar 23, 2024charged us an extra $50 to check in. Not all too expensive given how much we paid for the rental, but I'd rather them post that or have it in the description. Building was just okay. Very strange vibe all around. 6/10.
