Sunny Condo - Steps to the Beach - Key Colony Beach - Heated Pool

The host was very accommodating, quickly responsive to text. The condo is really cutely adorned with the beach theme. Even small detail details, it was very nice. I would highly recommend this stay.

Perfect! Loved the condo! Exactly as described and pictured, easy check-in and check out, condo was perfectly clean. The condo furnishings are modern and great quality, kitchen had everything we needed including full-size oven and refrigerator. Brand new bathroom with beautiful, clean finishes. Wonderful onsite pool and beach with comfy pool and beach chairs - didn’t need to go anywhere to just relax and enjoy the sun and water. Condo is just steps away from both pool and beach. We couldn’t have been more satisfied and will certainly return. Thank you!

Beautiful location, our room was right by pool entrance and just turn right out your door to the beach.

We booked this condo through Verbo for the week of April 27-May 3, 2025. When I booked, the property manager Kim immediately responded. She was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with whatever we needed. The property is tucked away on Key Colony Point, near Sunset Park, but it is conveniently located to nearby marinas, restaurants, and attractions. It is nicely landscaped (see pix) and the room was recently renovated and nicely decorated in a beach theme. My guess is everything on the Keys gets renovated every time a hurricane comes through. In our particular unit, there was plenty of storage, with lots of drawers, cubbies, and a closet. And there was a charging station on each of the 2 nightstands. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and standard appliances, which seemed new as well. But the microwave was TINY (a dinner plate would not fit). The kitchen and bathroom were on the small side, and it was a shower only. There was no fan in the bathroom to draw shower steam out.Cell reception seemed really bad all over the local islands, but it was probably an engineering marvel to get cell reception there at all with not as many towers as on the mainland. Some things about the property that I did not like were:The coin operated washers and dryers (2 of each) were located OUTSIDE, and 2 of each is not nearly sufficient for a complex this size (see pix).

The condo was extremely clean and comfortable and the beach was quiet and perfectly lovely. Enjoyed the whole Key Colony Community experience. We hope to make it back soon!!!

This was the perfect spot for a girls trip. We love this little community and the charm of the Continental Inn. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the property, room was comfy with plenty of space, everything we anticipated and were looking forward to! Kim is a great and caring owner who def is hands-on and provides great info and intel for people who aren’t familiar with the area. Will def consider booking again if we ever head to the Keys in the future!! THX MUCH!!!! If only those stinkin wildfires didn’t delay our exit from the Keys by 12 hours, would’ve been a perfect trip - but we all know Mother Nature has other plans sometimes….. Kudos to the MDFR and Forestry Dept for keeping everyone safe incl us aggravated motorists on the road ways headed out and headed in!

Had an amazing time! Location was awesome, and the property was beautiful! Kim was wonderful, and we are heading back next year!! Can’t wait!!!!

We came down to the keys for a few days and this condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, it was in a great little beach community and it was a great location for what we had planned. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

My family of 4 had a great time! We visit Marathon a couple of time per year but this was our first time staying at the Continental Inn. The property is clean and staff is friendly. Our unit was in great shape and a perfect fit for us. The host Kim is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and well kept our host kim and her husband were amazing through out the entire process. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing

Clean. Location nice in regard to proximity to multiple Keys and local restaurants/shops. Rather private as the complex was small. Appreciated the luggage cart, dehumidifier, and kitchen items as well as the USB chargers. We were able to obtain additional towels/washcloths upon request. Be aware only face soap and a hair dryer are provided as toiletries. The pool and sand area were kept very orderly and clean.

We have visited the Keys many times and this is by far our favorite location. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location - steps away from the beach and swimming pool. The beach was peaceful and quiet. We watched a beautiful sunset from the local park which was right next door. Kim was very quick to respond to our questions and extremely helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be back!
