This apartment has its own private entry and shares a porch with another apartment. The grounds, andbasement are shared as well. Ask us for basement access if you need to use the workout area or laundry facilities. Parking is on-street and free.

Due to the quirks of modernizing a historic home, all amenities have been retrofitted. Stairs are required to navigate this home. The main level has a wall ac unit located in the kitchen. Portable fans are available as well, if desired. The upper level has central air conditioning. The entire unit is heated with a modern boiler system through antique radiators.
