Sunny 2BR Old Town Condo w/ Pool & Prime Location

Clean and comfortable place. Very close to plenty of things to do and dining near old town. Good, quiet place for a short weekend trip. Just be prepared to buy everything that may be needed for cooking in the place as no extras are provided or that may have been left by previous guests. Other than that, it’s a good place. Would book again.

Positives: the place was spacious, had 2 bathrooms, and the bathrooms were clean. Negatives: The floors throughout the place were filthy - it was clear they had not been swept or washed. The property manager was slow to respond to my request to book and all other requests. They didn’t respond at all to my request for a late check-in. There were very few towels. Thankfully there were only 2 of us staying there or we would have run out. One of the spare blankets was filthy so had clearly not been washed. A fuse kept tripping when we used the blow dryer so we had to keep resetting it.

I sent this to host prior to posting. In short we would never stay here again. I spent a lot of time on the phone with VRBO trying to get host attention; Hi Bernardo. I’ve been delaying leaving a review about our stay. Unfortunately it would be very mixed. Though you were completely professional and courteous in communications, the long delay and non responsiveness from the property management were unacceptable. The lack of specific information in the check in letter as to how to access the unit was frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of quality instructions re temp control and the temperature when we arrived were unacceptable. It took hours to cool. This isn’t in your control but the neighbors were outside by the master bedroom from about 2-4 am, very noisy. The bed was very comfortable. Would be nice to have a light on both sides of bed. The comforter was thin and a bit dingy. Pantry had no condiments — I don’t knows if that’s common but it’s a drag. Your kitchen table has a problem, you might want to check it I hate to leave a negative review

Everything was great except for the TV, a Roku stick without network channels. My son and I are locals fleeing a home remodel project.

The host was very responsive and easy to contact. Nice location
