Sun-Drenched Studio with City Views & Balcony

I'll start with the good: the property managers were extremely responsive and communicative, making check in seamless and easy. Parking was in an attached garage, and free. The room was nice enough, with a functional kitchenette, and the location excellent. The bad, which turned out to be really bad: This unit is in a hotel. The walls are paper thin, and it appears that a larger unit was divided into two in order to rent to multiple people. Depending on who ends up next to you, it can be fine or it can be hell. We ended up with a couple smoking something that made them cough as if they were dying on the adjoining balcony every few hours, including during the night, and the noise was intolerable. Although we reported it and asked to be moved... alas... renting privately in a hotel does not give you that option. We ended up leaving early, booking another room elsewhere, and losing our money. According to management, they told security, but ultimately, this wasn't their problem. I wouldn't advise booking here because if things don't go well, you won't be accommodated with another space, and you won't get your money back. That is very frustrating to say the least.

The apartment, situated in Hotel Ayra was really light and had great views over the bay - although as described this was from a side view. The balcony had a table and two chairs and was really nice for eating meals. The apartment was well laid out - great kitchen space and bed space. The kitchen had a huge oven and plenty of utensils! The apartment was really clean and had plenty of towels and amenities. There is a good sized pool. There is building work close by. The situation of the apartment was great - fabulous restaurants on our doorstep and more shops and restaurants a five minute stroll away. The bay is within a short walk and there are bookable trips from there. We would definitely come back to the apartment!

The location was very nice the room was clean tidy and the exit to the balcony was excellent. Any time you could find where to eat what to buy, I am very pleased with this place. very friendly employees

We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO in Coconut Grove. It was clean and comfortable and in a fun, trendy area. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Overall, great location. Room was spacious with a balcony. Ocean view from balcony, but not really from the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

The place is very nice and are room was perfect size for two people the free parking was great the room had what we needed and was clean but could get the floors cleaner we would stay there again

Perfect getaway-big city but not overly crowded. Wonderful recommendations for food and restaurants from host/manager. Beautiful location- loved walking to dinner and nighttime shopping.

This property was very worn out and not in the condition as presented in the photos. Walls and ceiling, drywall repairs and repainting are over due. Tiles in bathroom are cracked.

Everything was wonderful. From the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, the attentive hosts, and the location and proximity to Coconut Grove restaurants and shops which were practically outside the front door. We had a great relaxing getaway. The weather was beautiful and we went to the pool daily. Great views from the balcony and the pool.

Studio apartment on the 17th floor with expansive views and lateral view of bay from balcony made for a good base for a long weekend visit.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was described as brand new…not really brand new…newish. It was great to have a full kitchen…pretty well equipped…could use a cutting board, cookie sheet and some bowls.Our neighbours were quite loud the last night we were there, but our property manager took care of it promptly.. That was very impressive!Overall the location had great walkability and was a lovely area to stay…lots of shops and restaurants!

What a fantastic surprise! This property not only matched the description but exceeded my expectations. I was in Miami for a training and chose to stay in Coconut Grove, and I’m so glad I found this gem. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It had everything I needed, and I would absolutely book here again!

This is a well managed property in a great central location for exploring the Miami area. Also close to many great restaurants.

I seriously didnt want to leave!!!!! Loved the balcony...ice maker...robes....bottle of wine...bed....EVERYTHING was fabulous!!!! Parking was great, appreciate having spaces for free THANK YOU!!! We loved every part of our stay!

This was such an awesome place!! It was clean, comfortable and so convenient to a ton of fabulous places! The view from the balcony alone was beyond amazing, especially on the 4th of July! The staff was so friendly and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive! Thank you for an awesome birthday home away from home!

This rental was great. Cute shops and restaurants all around and easy access to main roads.

Our stay was great! No complaints. Room looked just like the pictures. Smelled amazing inside, delicious wine to start our vacay! Nice little spot across the street (Glass & Vine) had live music, yummy food & great service. Pool deck was relaxing and beautiful. Thank you !
