    This is our second stay at the icon. It is like being at a resort in the middle of the city. The pools are wonderful, the spa (unlimited free use) is beautiful, the fitness center is excellent and offers a wide range of classes which are included with your stay. The unit itself could use a little bit updating but still very nice and the view, especially at night, is spectacular. Communication with the hosts was always swift and helpful. We would, without hesitation, recommend staying here.

    Management is very friendly and responsive. I wish they would install a grab bar in the shower in this unit- it’s a tub/shower combo and the step in is high and wide. I’m not mobility-limited, but everything is slippery when wet and I had to be careful not to slip.

    It was wonderful. The only real complaint was the shower. It was very hard to get in and out of the tub. But enjoyed the stay and would have loved to stay even longer.

    It’s not the first time I stay at Icon, and I choose it mainly because of the great location. This time, I picked this unit specifically because it was on the 48th floor. The view was definitely nice, but the unit itself didn’t meet my expectations. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the sofa made noise, and the building overall is starting to feel dated and in need of maintenance. It felt overpriced, probably due to the season.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return if in Brickell again. Liked the condo and the property. The view was good and enjoyed watching boat traffic. The location was excellent and walked most places or used metromover since traffic is nuts.The process for passes to amenities seemed to be more difficult than necessary. Also tried to use hot tub one day at 445 and was told could not since closed at 5, although it said pool closes at 6 . They did direct us to the spa hot tub and that was nice.The only negatives about the condo were no dish towels were provided, which we learned from other reviewers, and brought our own. Dad not see a cutting board for slicing a lime so used plate.The shower can be challenging to enter due to the height and width of tub and tile surround. I am 5’5” and quite limber for over 50 but not sure a shorter person could enter shower easily. The bed was comfortable and liked bathrobes were provided. There were also a few pods for washing machine, dishwasher, and extra toilet tissue.

    My stay at this condo was absolutely exceptional. The unit was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more. Having a washer and dryer was especially convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. Debra, in particular, stood out with her professionalism and positive attitude. We were attending an event and needed to check in quickly to get ready, and she ensured the process was seamless, with virtually no wait time. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and captivating art galleries—all just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am confident you’ll love it as much as I did!”

    I double checked prior to booking this spot that there was a wheelchair because I was using this stay to recover from surgery. The morning after surgery while I was outside in the ambulance waking up from general, my husband messaged the onsite property manager requesting the wheelchair. He was told “I don’t think we have one.” Long story short, instead of helping whatsoever my husband went to the W and got security and then went to the Icon Residences and got the wheelchair. It was only 20 extra mins but super unprofessional. There was no toilet paper or paper towels left and maybe one dishwasher pod and laundry packet. We ordered from Costco and stocked the condo and when we messaged the property manager about it they replied with “we aim to have supplies.” Overall it wasn’t worth the 3k per week price tag because of service issues.
