Summer Fling 3rd Floor Downtown Studio

Great studio apartment in the shopping district. Would book again!

Perfect location! We came to South Haven for a long weekend and this was the perfect central location between the shops, restaurants and beach/lighthouse. The property is adorable and had everything we needed. There are several parking lots nearby to park and we were able to park directly in front of the unit on the morning we left to load our stuff. If we visit South Haven again we will definitely stay here!

Beautiful apartment and incredibly well supplied. Beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, even tube of high quality sunscreen. Apartment is very nice with a comfortable bed, nice sheets, and good furniture for working a bit, relaxing too. Location is right downtown - restaurants and stores right out the front door. 40 stairs to get to the door so make sure you’re ready for that. Overall a great place.

This was our second time renting the property. The location is excellent for proximity to restaurants, shopping, bars, the beach, and the movie theater. We had front row seats to the July 4th parade. The property managers are prompt and really helpful with questions, especially about parking! I loved the little touches at the property (snacks, goodnight mints, emergency toiletries). The property is quiet despite being in the middle of the main drag.

We love this place very nice clean and open very comfortable. Talk about a great location smack in the middle of downtown. A short 15 minute walk to the beach for wonderful views of Lake Michigan and to walk the pier. We couldn’t ask for more.

Such a nice weekend..the best location..so accommodating!!!! I truly felt on vacation!!! Lots of steps…. But so worth it!! Will be back!!

My husband and I planned a brief weekend getaway to South Haven. This is the first time we used this particular property and absolutely loved it. It was charming and being in the heart of downtown was perfect for us. I absolutely loved the decor and comfort. It was very clean, which is extremely important to us. We have already started talking about our return trip.

Love staying at the top of the building. The biggest complaint is the TP is see through, we need to bring our own next time. The place is clean and we love our love nest

Summer Fling worked out perfectly for us. The property was clean, check in/out was easy and the location was perfect. I contacted our host prior to our stay to adjust our reservation and she quickly responded and was able to accommodate our request. We did not have to contact her for anything during our stay. The room was clean and amenities were great. They had beach towels, chairs and other accessories available for us to use. The location in downtown south haven on Phoenix street couldn’t have been better with easy access to all that South Haven has to offer. The three flights of stairs would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but that is clearly stated in the property description and was no issue for us. Parking was close and convenient. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us on what turned out to be a fantastic get away!

This was my first time in South Haven and this place was perfect!! It is in a great location. The hosts are friendly and great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is located right in the heart of South Haven! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts even included beach towels, chairs, and a few other things needed for a great beach day. Both North and South Beach are walkable which makes the location even more desirable. If you don’t mind a few stairs to the top floor, this is the perfect spot! We would for sure stay again!

Our visit to South Haven was exceptional. The accommodations were perfect located in the heart of the town. We walked everywhere. The room was amazing and perfectly fit our needs.

Property was very clean, well decorated and was within walking distance to pretty much everything! I did have a hard time sleeping due to the secondary AC that was next to the bed, but I am a light sleeper so those that like some noise while sleeping will not have any problem. Overall the property was perfect for what we were needed for our mom/daughter trip!

This was our second trip to South Haven! We appreciated the VRBO because all amenities were on one floor, different from our previous stay. Our third floor apartment had all the amenities we could ask for! Clean, convenient, exceeded expectations.
