Suite w/ Shared Pool, High-Speed WiFi - Steps to the Beach, Snowbird-Friendly

To say the property is small is an understatement. There is not even enough room in the bedroom to leave out your suitcases. There is one small upright dresser in the bedroom. There are no rugs anywhere, leaving no break from the hard tile or a place to wipe off your feet before getting into bed. When we arrived there was a significant amount of water in the living room, which we later found out is a re-curring event. The owner of this unit owns the building and has had previous issues with this water leaking and still has not fixed it. The water continued to leak out of the wall throughout our week-long stay. The lock on the pool is an inconvenient keyed lock. It is difficult to open the way the key fits in. We had to keep the pool locked because several times multiple rowdy teenagers were found in the pool (which was right outside our doorway) who were not staying at the property. The location was great, but for the money, I would stay at another location which has the same beach access.

The place was clean and quiet .

The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the neighboring unit from conversations to toilets flushing. There is literally a door that connects the units and has light coming through. Very hard to feel comfortable in that type of environment.

Absolutely love staying here. I’ve been here multiple times and I will continue to stay here! Quiet, the beach is steps away, cute pool! Everything is just simple and lovely!

My husband and I had a great time at the Parrot Bay Cottages. Located just steps from the beach, it was the perfect location to enjoy the sand and surf, while also being able to escape pop up storms quickly. The cottage is perfect for two people and very clean. The small pool was a nice bonus. The only negative was that the walls are thin and we could easily hear conversations next door. That being said, we would stay here again in a heart beat.

The condo was great, truly. Perfect for my girlfriend and I. It is small, as stated, but has everything two people need. Definitely wouldn't put more in there. A couple minor things, they DO NOT take away from our experience. 1. There is a new condo building being built next door, the construction starts at sun rise and goes into the evening. Heavy machinery going the entire time. Just beware if you're not an early riser. 2. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower were just full of water. No soap. Not a big deal, just funny. 3. Lots of biting flies around pool area. Bring bug spray! Otherwise, it's a great place. 5 stars! Practically on the beach and super close to the village.

Room was great for 2 adults and small children. Beach very close and amazing fir small children. Go early! Lots of people by noon. Loved it.

We loved that the unit was on the ground floor and so close to the beach. When we realized there were no blankets in the unit, we texted Vacasa, and someone arrived shortly to deliver a blanket. Great customer service. There is no laundry service and they only provide four washcloths and four towels. If you’re staying more than a couple days, plan to bring extras, or schedule going to the laundromat into your vacation! We played at the beach during the day and hung out in the pool at night. Restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away. Our vehicle didn’t move the entire time we were there. Wonderful vacation!

Everything was great! Literally 1 minute to beach and toes in sand. Newly remodeled! Shared pool. Walking distance to village 3 minutes great place for 2 people

Property was extremely clean and very well maintained. The location could not have been any better. The beach was approximately 150 feet from your front door and proximity to the village was two short blocks. The apartment was small and quaint but enough for two people. The pool was very chilly but I’m sure the hurricane knocked out the heater so my guess is the owners worked on getting the place ready to rent and another heater will be in the future. Very nice place.

Property was clean, cute and the perfect size for my husband and me! So close to the beach and restaurants...never had to drive anywhere during our 4 night stay! We would definitely book this place again!

Nice place but the TVs did not work. Turn our 4-day stay they never came to fix them. The keypad was very tricky to work. after a couple days though owners quit replying to my request.

Perfect location for us . Small and had everything we needed

We’ve been staying at Parrot beach for about 12yrs. The stay was perfect until the last night. I’ve read a couple posts about roaches and thought we’ve never had a problem. The night before we left i saw one roach and thought maybe due to the heavy rain we were receiving that night. The next morning saw another one in the bathroom. This was also the first time staying on the first floor. They need to get an exterminator out more regularly to spray.

Every thing was just like it always is, clean and comfortable, this is our 5th yr staying here and is always satisfying

The location was great, we were steps away from a fabulous beach and a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and exactly what we were hoping for. The bed was comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens and amenities of the property were great. We will definitely be back!

My granddaughter wanted to fly in an airplane and stay on the beach for her 10th birthday. This was the perfect place - next to the beach, next to some shopping and restaurants, and our own pool. She was totally fulfilled, and grandma got produced a trip to remember!!!

Cute cottage in a great location! Perfect for the two of us. Nice clean pool to hang out at negate and after beach time?

This is our second time staying at this adorable condo and I doubt it will be the last. You can beat the location.
