- Guests must sign a separate Rental Agreement with Host that explains additional rules including a $350.00 per night fee for staying any day past reservation dates booked and outlines Pet Policy. This agreement must be signed prior to Guest check in date.

- Pets allowed only with approval by host and requires additional pet fee.

- Quiet time starts at 10 PM during weekdays and 11 P.m. on a Friday and Saturday night

- No smoking in unit or common areas. There are designated outdoor smoking areas.
