Stayed Nov 21, 2020This is a true jem of a rental. Your own small suite near downtown, on a very quaint neighborhood. The Mexican restaurant on the corner has great food and walking distance. You have your own kitchenette, with basic supplies and dishes, small oven and fridge and microwave. A real home away from home. It’s partially underground, but lots of windows. It’s stays cozy warm. The exposed pipe is beautifully covered and allows for high ceilings which makes it feel more spacious. I loved the Murphy bed, it allows an open concept living space during the day. The owners are very nice. I highly recommend the Fremont Suites.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The place was so filthy and disgusting. I spent 2 days cleaning when I arrived as I had to spend a whole month there. Called VRBO and they told me to get a mold test and send to them as it’s against their health safety policy and they have to give a refund or move me. The mold test came back positive with me videoing myself swabbing each area, what I swabbed and video updates of each day. VRBO then lied and said they couldn’t take it, so it’s clear VRBO doesn’t care about its clients. And I was forced to stay there since I was going to school and had this place booked ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE. Honestly I’m just so appalled by this experience and that people can run a business in their own home with it being nasty. Everything posted on this review is literally just touching the surface of everything experienced at this property and I can only post 8 pictures, so trust and believe there is too much to post.To the next person staying there, you’re welcome cause I deep cleaned tf out of everything and it was still nasty after. I had to buy new pillows, sheets etc. even after washing THEIR OWN, the sheets were still gross and nasty. I don’t even know what else to say.Idk how people can live in filth to this extent and then have the nerve to list to for other people to be and get sick in. Weirdo scammers. If I could rate this place a 0 I would, but since I can’t I’ll give the one star for location. Cause that’s the only good thing about this place. Best of luck.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Ron was wonderful and provided all the basic in this little studio. It was exactly what I needed when moving ro Seattle for a month to figure out my new area before renting. The place was quiet and the area was very nice with lots of dining and walking options around.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024My wife and I had and amazing 6 week stay at this beautiful, cozy Suite in a beautiful English Tudor home. We loved the overall Boho vibe of our Suite, and it had everything we need for our extended stay. The owners, Ron and Nancy are some of the nicest people we’ve met in Seattle and really made our stay special. The location is very convenient, located between Fremont, Wallingford, Phinney Ridge, Green Lake and Ballad, we had access to everything. Within a couple block, you had a fantastic local market, with a fantastic deli. You had restaurants, Outdoor Bagels, Rueben Brewery, coffee shops and bakeries. There is no doubt that we will be back and for an even longer stay. We are already looking forward to our return.

Stayed Nov 28, 2023The host provided a quiet, safe, and clean environment for me to launch all of my sporting activities. Ideal location for enjoying local sporting events like Seahawks, Kraken, and Husky basketball. I went to 7 sporting events during my one month stay and had a BLAST! Highly recommend this host for a great Seattle vacation.

Stayed Mar 5, 2023The person that stayed before us didn’t switch the sign over, so the suite we were supposed to stay in didn’t get cleaned. The host was the sweetest and offered us one of the other suites for the night. We ended up in one of the other suites for the whole week and had no issues. There was plenty of space and it was very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 20, 2022What a cute space and a gracious host! This place is well serviced by public transit and is a great central location if you have a car. My only complaint (and this is minor) is that it's not the most walkable location. You have to cross over a freeway overpass to get to the nearest walking neighborhood (Wallingford).

Stayed Mar 7, 2022The good: The check-in was seamless. I was even able to check in a few hours early. The location was decent, but in fairness I was unfamiliar with Seattle as a whole. It was close to what I needed to do so that was cool. The neighborhood was walkable, so that was nice. The bad: The room was “clean” but there was hair everywhere from previous guest. A ball of blonde hair in the shower, reddish hair all over the couch and sandy brownish hair on the blanket of the bed. It was so bad that I had to call my wife and let her know this so I didn’t have any issues. In the listing it said that the room was “small”, but, I am 5’8” and I had to turn sideways on the toilet because the wall was to close. The shower was very small and uncomfortably claustrophobic even for me and I have served on aircraft carrier in the Navy. The carpet did not appear to be clean it had a lot of spots. This wasn’t not a big issue for me though. The ugly: ANTS ANTS AND MORE ANTS!!! When I checked in there were a couple around the cooktop. After I cooked on the first night they were everywhere when I woke up n the morning. I called the host and he came down and used Mr. Clean Clorox spry to wipe them up. Then he sprayed the cleaner on the dishes and used the same rag to wipe off the dishes. I brought a bag of bagels from the grocery store (only 4) when I woke up, the ants had gotten into the closed bag and there was a stream of ants all over everything. At this point, I just didn’t cook in there anymore. Which in turn was a waste of money because I picked this place to save from going out every day to eat and had to do that anyway. If I would have had the money to leave I would have after the first night, and if my family was with me that would have made it worse. The host said that he knew about the ant problem but never knows when it will happen so they wait to see if it gets brought up. NONE of the dishes were clean. And the fact that this is advertised as a “kitchen” is not accurate to say the least. It’s is a cook top with a toaster oven. The toaster was not clean and I did not use that either. This place is not worth what is charged. I will not stay here again and I have to go back to Seattle in a couple weeks. Andre
