Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property is in a great location. It is located near many shops and restaurants and is in a great part of town. The property was clean and was perfect for a weekend visit visiting my friends with my little one. Communication with the host was very easy and they are very responsive. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the Schenectady, NY area

Stayed Dec 1, 2025The host was exceptionally responsive and availablecif I needed anything. He always had a professional positive way if communicating. I felt very much at home there. I git to know the people around me. They were so kind, and I felt very safe and protected there. I was actually very sad to leave. Itxwas my safe cozy home away from home. Highly recommend

Stayed Jul 29, 2025Pros: nice property. Walkable to food/drink. Convenient location.Cons: steep stairs to 2nd floor. Some items needed attention, property manager advised and offered immediate fix but we said we could cope until checkout. Pretty strict checkout rules.

Stayed Apr 9, 2024This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Excellent choice. Stayed here while I was in town on business. Conveniently located near a few good restaurants. Property Management was excellent. Chris helped me out more than once, especially when accidentally leaving my keys in the apartment TWICE! Couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. Will absolutely be using Chris and his properties for all future trips to the area.
