This is a single family home that was converted into a duplex. This listing is the upper unit.
There are no shared spaces whatsoever, but there is potential for other guests to be staying in the lower unit. This upper unit has exclusive access to the large backyard. You may only see the other guests out front in the driveway or garage because this is how they enter their unit. If you are interested in booking both units together for a large group, let me know!

We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am.
No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

    The property has a great location with quick access to I-25 and US 36. The property is located in a highly populated neighborhood, lots of cars parked on the very wide street. We had no issues with safety or security. It suited our needs as a family of five, giving everyone with a bed to sleep in, my two girls shared a bed. The pricing on this unit saved us a good deal of money over a hotel, and afforded us the ability to eat some meals in. Kendra's communication is excellent!
