This wonderful studio has access to a communal pool and gym. It has a lovely patio where guests can soak up the sunshine, and the kitchen is fullykitted out with everything you need. The internet has been recently upgraded to uncapped fibre and works well.

Situated within a short stroll from the lively Main Road of Sea Point, the property finds itself in close proximity to a variety of well-loved eateries and retail outlets. Nearby, one can also discover the charming Sea Point Promenade, a stunning coastal pathway perfect for relaxed evening strolls by the sea, beloved by residents and visitors alike.

Furthermore, the property has been carefully outfitted with backup power facilities to endure instances of load shedding, ensuring continuous illumination and the operation of designated amenities, albeit with the exception of the stove. Furthermore, the complex has a laundry area , paid by Snapscan.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Sea Point is a vibrant suburb of Cape Town, just outside the city centre between Green Point and Bantry Bay.

Built around Main Road (of which Regent Road is an extension), Sea Point with its many shops (Woolworths, Spar and Checkers), takeaways, restaurants (including the fantastic La Mouette), bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance, is a great area to base yourself in. You can be sure that everything you need is found in this part of the city.

The popular Sea Point promenade runs the length of Sea Point’s beachfront, from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point and is a hub of activity, particularly in the early morning or late afternoons to watch the sun set right next to the crystal waters of the Atlantic Seaboard. A number of children’s parks run alongside the promenade. There is also an outdoor gym and a chlorinated swimming pool at the pavilion. It's a great place for running, leisurely strolls, picnics, people watching and taking in the beauty around you.

The City Centre, V&A Waterfront and beautiful Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are all a short drive away.

Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area.

A bus stop for the popular MyCiti bus route is nearby on Regent Rd. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village.

The red open top Hop-on Hop-off City Sightseeing bus stops down on the promenade and is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds.

For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
