Occupancy: Maximum of 3 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no visitors, parties, or events permitted.



Pets: We welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional $40 per night (covers both dogs). Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.



Smoking & Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the building. Guests may smoke responsibly on the balcony only.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $35, pending approval.



Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated parking space located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the loft—no pass required. Please park forward-facing in the marked space.



Security: Exterior Ring cameras are installed for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the loft.



Noise: While there are no strict quiet hours, please be respectful of neighboring units and the restaurant below.

    This was a great little stay for my partner and I in Louisville. The loft was cute and comfortable with plenty of restaurants and some little shops all within walking distance (mostly within feet!) the area is newly gentrified and seems to be pretty friendly to all walks of life. There are 3 flights of stairs to the entrance of the loft above the nice Cajun restaurant which you wouldn’t even notice except for some water pressure variances. But obviously not handicap or elderly accessible and be wary that checkout time will be @ 10am - not industry standard of 11. Overall 4/5 and would stay again if we find ourselves in Louisville.

    This loft looked exactly like the photos and was so cute and clean!!!!! We loved staying there and even mentioned that it would be an amazing place to live. We were sad to leave! Jonathan was really great, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

    We came across this property, because hotels were full. The manager went above and beyond to assist us with the booking and immediate questions we had. I stayed with my teenage daughter. We enjoyed the many shops and restaurants.

    Pros- great location and very accommodating on short notice. Opportunities- poorly equipped kitchen- very few utensils, glasses, cups etc. Needs a thorough cleaning. Poor lighting. Otherwise we loved staying there and had a great time!

    This is a great location and nice place, but it could use a little love regarding cleaning. There was still a pair of underwear in the apartment that someone mentioned in a previous review. Also, there could be an additional deadlock on the door, that locks from the inside.

    We arrived to the property at 4 PM and our parking instructions were not communicated properly so I reached out to the property manager, and he let me know where to park. Upon entering the unit, there was trash everywhere, the bed was not made and had dirty linens on it, and the floor was full of dirty towels. There was a condom wrapper in the trashcan and a pair of dirty underwear by the television. There were big balls of white what appeared to be pet hair all over the place. I had to reach out to the manager and then I had to leave the property for another hour and a half so they could come and. “Clean” The place was still not clean and we were unable to sit down or sit our belongings anywhere without having them covered in pet hair. I Took pictures of everything and I have many pictures to prove this and I would not rent this unit or from this company again. The property manager did offer to refund the cleaning fee. I really wish I could attach photos to this review. I have used Vrbo many times in the past and I have never had such a terrible experience.

    I generally don’t write reviews but I would see if this place is available for all of our future trips to Louisville. The location can’t be beat. Communication with the host was quick, the place was nice and check in/out was super easy For two people looking to stay in a bustling neighborhood, book here.

    Please do not ignore the reviews regarding the lack of cleanliness!! My husband and I ended up checking out early because we felt the place was not clean! There was a used bar of soap in the shower that had hair sticking to it. The bottom of our feet were filthy from walking around the loft. Underneath the bed was a bunch of dust. Luckily we had beach towels with us and that's what we used after showering because at this point we did not trust that the towels were cleaned. The bed sheets smelled musty. When bringing all of this to Jonathan's attention - first he took a long time to reply telling me he needed to check with his cleaning crew before responding, this took about 5 - 6 hours. He told me that the cleaning crew sends time-stamped photos after each cleaning. First off, if that was the case why didn't he see the dirty soap in the shower. Second, how can you really show in photos that the floors have been properly mopped & cleaned. I understand unscented detergent is used for laundering, but the bedding definitely smelled musty. I did see someone's review about dirty underwear being left in the unit. I ignored this giving the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong! I have since gone back and read other reviews posted (after I booked) about how unclean the unit was - Please do not ignore this I know there is nothing the owner can do as far as this goes, there was a lot of outside noise going on throughout the night, a lot of motorcycles - something to keep in mind

    Guess VRBO is just not for me. Toilet flapper was broken and had to manipulate manually every time used. Obvious Stains on drawers below counter in kitchen. Not being from KY, television had no directions on how to find local news or breaking news. Murphy bed legs folded when I laid down on the front end of the bed. Finally got to the point where I was worried about staying there because I thought I would be charged for all the things that weren't working.

    There appeared to have been dogs at the property before we stayed, there was dog hair on the floor. The cleaning prior to our stay wasn't great. Location is great, instructions of where to park was detailed and made check in easy. Property needed more pillows with pillow cases and more towels, preferably matching towels. I would stay here again, however the items listed would have made it even more enjoyable.
