Stylish Loft in Vibrant Neighborhood

Great place! We didn’t use the kitchen for anything but coffee and microwave, but it was nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Nice bathroom.The original space was apparently an attic, not a full apartment. So the layout is odd — for instance, a couch in the hallway but no actual living room. But as a home base when you’re out exploring all day, it works just fine. The outdoor stairs are sturdy but not quite flat, and could be hazardous in winter. There is some street noise but it’s ok with earplugs, and it was great to be right near all the stores and restaurants. Good communication from property management and very simple check-in and out. Would stay again.

Positives: Excellent communication with hosts, very clean, two large bedrooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with coffee, located near restaurants and pubs, reasonable price, good parking. Negatives: We had to walk up 30 steps on an outdoor set of steps, entrance is from a parking lot accessed by a rutted alley, no outdoor space such as porch or yard.

The property was very clean and in an excellent location close to many shops, restaurants, and bars.The street noise can be loud at night but it is expected, being directly on a busy road.

This was a nice place to stay during our visit to Louisville. The location is great, walkable to great restaurants and shopping.

The neighborhood was adorable and the best part of our stay! We felt safe, tons of things to do nearby even within walking distance. The place was very clean, which we appreciated and all small amenities were there. I wish the size of the staircase to get in would have been mentioned. It was very steep, lots of steps, and not easy to navigate with luggage. It was also a very noisy street, so for adults it was ok, but with a small child it would have been an issue. Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, living area was very minimal.

My best friend and I came in for the derby and had an amazing time. Great location! Close to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This place was great. We received our instructions for checkin in a timely manner and we were off. Great location in a cool little neighborhood. Very safe and perfectly situated. Not far from downtown or the expo center. Amazing eating options within walking distance. Noche is literally across the street and the staff there were really nice. I would not recommend the place for anyone with mobility issues or trouble navigating stairs, but other than thet it's perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect property for our stay, we utilized the kitchen which was well stocked and LOVED the comfiness of the beds. Will be back for sure!

This spot is great for accessing the hot Bardstown Road area. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants. However, the trade off is loud traffic all times of day which can make getting a good nights rest difficult. The layout of the apartment is awkward the couch faces the hallway, the tv is on a wall that not furniture faces, and the dining table is in the office.

Very convenient location. Walking distance from great shops and restaurants. Host very professional. Enjoyed our stay.

This place was located away from the noise of the city, but also right down the street from tons of food and entertainment options.

We stayed in the unit for four nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store is also nearby. We were a ten minute drive from downtown Louisville. I would definitely consider this unit next time we are in Louisville.

My husband and I chose this VRBO based on its proximity to Cherokee park. We were able to walk to the walk fairly easily. The upstairs apartment met our needs and was as described online. We were satisfied.

Needed a base-camp in this area of the country. No prior connection/time in Kentucky. Chose Louisville, and this location - grateful I did. Clean and comfortable. Well located, about 1-2 miles from neat, fun restaurants and shops. Fun to tour through local neighborhoods. The unit is accessible only by stairway. Be ready if that is important.

This property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. There were even laundry supplies available for the washer/dryer. We did not actually need them, but I thought this was a great perk. Highly recommend the property and visiting this part of Kentucky!

The location was great for getting to the swim meet at Lakeside swim club. We didn't get to do much sightseeing because of the meet but did a couple of walks through Cherokee park and it was beautiful. Able to walk from the place to the park. There is a cat cafe very close that we checked out to look at kittens. ?
