Stayed Jan 31, 2026Room wasn’t ready until 420 pm We were in the room while housekeeping was working The ENTIRE weekend the furnace was unable to keep the temperature above 68 The windows leaked cold air Because of the cold weather, you were unable to use the pool or the hot tubThe television in the bedroom does not workThe screen just says unable to connect The hotel just said It’s cold outside and We have no control of TVs What a waste

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Really enjoyed my stay. The view was amazing and the building amenities were excellent. The apt was comfortable and having a washer and dryer inside was a huge plus. I would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Stayed the weekend in Miami and i cant believe how lucky I was in finding this Beautiful place to stay. Staff is very friendly, extremely clean, perfect location for everything we wanted to do while in Miami (Ultra Music Festival). Will 100% stay here again.
