I booked this rental for an employee of our company. After his 50 night stay he reported back that it was a great place. It was clean and had everything he needed. It is in a safe area, within walking distance to the beach and stores. He had zero issues with the place. He really enjoyed his time there. The owner is a very nice man and a good communicator. Highly recommend.

Great simple 2 bedroom 1969s beach apartment with all required ammenities + fresh floral bouquet. Nice laid back accommodations and town - all furnishings and premise were in very good condition - well maintained older property Nice quiet NorCal beach vibe to neighborhood Corner one story apartment with a bit of yard, immediately adjacent street parking and a limited view of ocean which is about 5 blocks away. This cozy beach retreat exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect location and offers everything you need for your visit to Northern California. The beds were comfy, the water pressure is great and walking around the neighborhood and down to the beach was super relaxing. We highly recommend this vrbo property.

This cozy apartment worked well for my hubby and me. Great location to bike/walking path, restaurants; town is full of great food spots. The beach is so close and we actually had a view from #1. Owner is a great communicator and had fresh flowers and a bag of ice waiting for us. It is a small space, but was clean and inviting. Great neighborhood vibe. Good wifi and cable tv
