Stylish and Refined with Easy City Access

Facilities TOTALLY neglected. The porch (very first impression when you arrive) was filthy as if homeless people had taken it over. Reported it immediately at my arrival to Corey (property management) and they said they would send someone to clean up and never happened. Mold in bathroom's ceiling, missing tiles in bathroom walls, paint coming off the walls and ceiling in the room, dirty bed cover, thick dust layers and spider webs in corners and frames, etc, etc. What else I can tell ??? Simoly avoid this place at all cost !!

Corey was very attentive and checked in frequently to make sure I was satisfied. The property was clean and well maintained and provided all necessities needed to cook. I would stay here again!

They wanted to know when I would be arriving, so I told them. Upon arrival (930pm), the code to the door would not work. I couldn’t get in. So I Emailed, texted, called, and Communicated through the VRBO site - I got no response. After about 15 minutes, I finally did. The code was not correct, If somebody is using the living room sofa to sleep, they will have to walk into the other bedroom, to get to a bathroom with room enough to stand up in front of the sink. You have to step around the toilet to get in. afteranother 15. It out.

Owner has done a terrific job upgrading an old house to create a very cozy and sophisticated apartment. 7 minutes into downtown. The place was immaculate, and everything worked. Great bed! 3 minor issues: 1. the front steps challenged us, but we are 78 and 82. 2. The bathroom has a great shower, with plenty of hot water, but the toilet is very low (again we are still 78 and 82), and the bathroom is very snug. 3. The closet needs a pole to hang clothes. Bottom line: Like Pittsburgh itself (my home town) it's a very charming place to stay (if a bit funky) at a VERY good price, and the Host is quite responsive. Try it!

House met all of our needs. Very clean. Host was awesome. Would definitely stay with them again! There are a good amount of steps and they are steep. My partner and I got a kick out of the unique features of the house, but not recommended if you have vertigo. But neither is the city... It was my first time really exploring Pittsburgh and there are as many hills as SF. Had a great time! Thank you, Corey!

We enjoyed our stay and communications was great with owner. The apartment is older, so the bathroom is dated and small, but we were able to make it work. The rest of the apartment is large. There are alot of stairs to go up, but that was expected. We were able to cook and get around easily before traffic picked up.

My stay was great, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, air conditioner work great. Highly recommend.

Perfect for staying the weekend!

Had a tough time getting access in to residence. A shade was missing on the kitchen door leading to the yard. A second TV is needed for the bedroom. More cookware is needed for the stove. The cable went out two days before our check out date.
