Stayed May 14, 2025The apartment was clean and spacious. Centrally located and near many metro options and in walking distance through great neighborhoods to museums and Paris highlights.

Stayed May 3, 2025Our stay at this property in May 2025 was an uneven experience. The positives: The apartment is in a great location, just a couple of block from one of Paris' public squares with many shops and restaurants nearby. And the apartment was very clean and spacious. The dining room and living room are very spacious with large windows. Negatives: This apartment is hosted by a remote property management company. The qualification process to reserve the property was overly rigorous in my opinion. As for the apartment itself, it seemed like this was a new property that had not been tested out. For example, plugging in appliances into the kitchen shorted the electrical power which required me to flip the breaker in the fuse box to restore electricity to parts of the kitchen. There is also an oddly placed and steep staircase in a storage area which could be a hazard for children. This area should be disclosed and blocked off. And then we had a incident that was poorly handled by the host. We were locked out of our apartment because of a malfunctioning front door lock. We had to call a locksmith and the host refused to reimburse us for the charge. VRBO did a good job of attempting to resolve the issue but the host continued to refuse to reimburse us.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025This charming flat exceeded our expectations! It’s more spacious than we thought, and we loved the architectural details, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows. The fresh air and sounds of Paris added to the experience. The neighborhood is a perfect mix of urban and residential, giving us a taste of authentic Parisian life, away from the typical tourist crowds. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!
