Very comfortable flat with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Conveniently located across the street from grocery, liquor and drug stores. Parking spot and washer/ dryer are a bonus. Very responsive and helpful host.

The perfect spot for a home base to explore Halifax! The flat was beyond perfect. Mike was an exceptional host, quick to answer any questions we had. We walked downtown every day and also checked out the neighbourhood restaurants. They were great, too! Highly recommend!

Lovely flat with lots of great touches that made our stay comfortable and homey. We appreciated the great communication and Mike’s quick responsiveness to our needs. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Halifax.

Close to grocery, liquor stores, bus. Well equipped, beds were comfy. Some cool little restaurants on the way walking to waterfront. Felt a little sketchy back where parking was and our building had been tagged. Mold in the very tiny bathroom, and accessibility a problem with many stairs and narrow to climb. Having said this, three bedroom units are hard to find central, so was mostly ok for a short stay.

Perfect for our week in Halifax, exceptionally clean and stocked well for all our needs. Shopping center across the street was a plus! Every place we wanted to go was a very short uber ride. Would definitely stay there again. The host, Mike answered all questions promptly!

This was a central location to get to many great places. Comfortable with all the necessary amenities ( and a few more).

We really enjoyed our stay.

First of all, I really appreciated the responsive of Mike, the host. His detailed description, complete with photos, was helpful in finding it. The apartment has everything you need …and we appreciated the additional treats and condiments. However, as it is right across from a grocery store and liquor store, anything you need is at hand. It is easy walking distance to downtown and also easy to blast out of the city to visit other great locales like Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Mike!

Comfortable three bedroom flat with everything you’ll need for an extended stay. Hidden gem. Not flashy from the outside, but cozy and convenient. Grocery store and pharmacy right across the street. Fully equipped laundry room is a big bonus.

Great stay Great spot

We were visiting Halifax with our 2 adult children as a graduation gift for our son. This accommodation was very well appointed with many thoughtful amenities. The location was very good and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was super spacious and nicely decorated. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would 100% recommend this spot to friends!!

We had a car which made getting into town easier, would be a bit of a walk by the end of a day sightseeing in town/harbor. We liked the evening we went to north end local restaurants and pubs. Nice to be with locals, although downtown wasn’t too crowded with tourists on our visit.

Everything was great about the place, very reasonable price for the space and amenities. The only thing that stood out on the down side was that it had a fair amount of street noise at times. So if you are a light sleeper might want to consider ear plugs. That being said I would absolutely come back and would recommend this place to other people
