Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    Much needed maintenance items include fixing bathroom tile work, rear exterior lock, and heating system. There was only one blanket for two beds on a cold night. When checking the bedroom before leaving, we discovered someone before us had left a butcher knife in the nightstand of the rear bedroom. None of the lamps were plugged in because of a lack of outlets. Apparently they are for show only. The ad showed a bungalow but the property was a two story Victorian with three apartments.
