Welcome to our newly-renovated, garden-level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a historic Brooklyn Brownstone! Everything is new - from the HVAC to the bathrooms to the record player. This is a fully private apartment, but we live right upstairs so we're around to help with anything.

The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed with an office nook and an ensuite bathroom. Living room features a smart TV for logging into your streaming apps and a smart amp for playing records or streaming music to the integrated sound system. Each room has zoned heat/AC, and the wifi is blazing fast (2.5gb/s).

Location is incredible for the Brooklyn experience - Franklin Ave in Crown Heights, one of the most fun restaurant/bar/cafe strips in all of Brooklyn. We're five minutes on foot from the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden, 15 minutes from Prospect Park, and the express subway to Manhattan is just four blocks away.
