Stayed Oct 13, 2024We arrived around 5pm Sunday evening & the AC wasn’t cooling the unit. I left 2 messages on the contact # Monday & 2 messages were sent to the inbox. Monday was a holiday so we heard nothing until the evening & it was HOT in the unit an average of 86 degrees! I continued to call & message. The handyman did come Tuesday morning & said the condenser was out & would probably need a new unit. Around noon we were relocated to another unit—blessedly with AC!! So we spent 2 days of our 4 day stay miserable! At no time were we offered a refund or discount for our inconvenience. NOT a good experience!!
