Stayed Jan 21, 2026The flat was lovely, with a layout I was already familiar with, as I’ve stayed in a similar one before. The kitchen was well-equipped with a variety of useful appliances. The location in Le Marais is always a plus, offering easy access to everything. I especially appreciated the flexibility of being able to check in at 11 pm by myself, and it was a seamless experience!

Stayed Feb 7, 2025I do not recommend this property for a number of reasons; 1. The building has rodent traps everywhere including right beside the door to the apartment. There were 8 traps noted in the foyer leading to the first floor alone. We did not see any rodents inside our unit but the building obviously has issues. 2. The floors are quite sloped so the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room are on permanent angles. The mattresses are also thin and hard. 3. If you want to use the kettle, coffee maker or toaster oven you have to put them on top of the cooktop in order to plug them into the wall as there is no outlet at counter level. 4. There is mould growing in the bathroom. 5. There is no mirror in the bathroom, there was no shampoo or soap on site and only 1/4 of a roll of TP. The property management company did offer to reimburse me 20 but it was a hassle arriving and not having any supplies on hand. 6. The walls are paper thin so if any of the neighbours have people over it sounds like they are sitting in the room with you. We did encounter this issue one evening until 3:00 am but the rest of the time the unit was relatively quiet. 7. The property was dirty on arrival; garbage in the kitchen and primary bedroom, dirty counter and surfaces, etc.The location is great but the overall experience was rather disappointing and void of any real charm. I made all of my concerns known to the property management company and asked if we could leave a few days early wit

The flat itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and filled with natural light, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. It’s an excellent choice for families with kids or couples planning a romantic getaway. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing light meals, and if you fancy a taste of authentic Paris, I recommend visiting the nearby market on Rue de Bretagne for fresh produce and local delicacies. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable, offering an extra sleeping option.
