This stay was a totally positive experience. Mei promptly replied to any questions I had and couldn't have been a more welcoming host.

Our family (2 adults and 2 young kids) stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay! The suite was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and cozy, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. We loved stay!

Had a weekend swim meet for our daughter and the property was great. Communication with the owner was great. Great job

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Mei was a great host and communicated very quickly! The bed was super comfy I didn’t want to get up. This home is in a great are within walking distance to food and shops along the way. I would highly recommend booking here, and I would definitely return! Thanks again Mei :)

Great place!

Check in was seamless, parking was easy, and the location was nice! However, I’m not sure how this has a 9.8. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable and the walls were so thin we were woken by the sound of a baby crying and a family having their full blown morning at 7am on both Saturday and Sunday. Also the lack of curtains meant it got very bright in the room. Also the couches were rough.The apartment was clean and while there was nothing horribly wrong, 9.8 should be amazing and this was definitely not.

I had a lovely (if shortened) stay at this charming apartment in Richmond. The apartment was clean, well decorated and very close to many local attractions. The host was friendly and attentive. I would recommend and will definitely return!

Our host Mai was so communicative and friendly! I had questions because my partner and I came to Richmond for a VCU basketball game and we wanted to ensure there was on-site parking. Prior to me booking the stay, Mai was very informative and helped answer all questions I had. During the stay, Mai responded very quickly, and we had no problems checking in or out. The stay was very well kept and clean with a ton of nice amenities. I would recommend this stay and come back! Thank you so much, Mai!

Enjoyed our stay. Location close to VMFA. Restaurants nearby. Two bathrooms. Whole Foods grocery within walking distance.

Communication was wonderful! Responded right away to any questions/concerns we had. Size was exactly what we needed. We utilized the kitchen and washer/dryer! The apartment was clean. Bathrooms even had make-up wipes and cotton balls for use! Location was safe with parking. Very cute! We will definitely stay again!

Eric and Mei go to great lengths to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I felt like I had my own apartment and totally got the Richmond experience. The king size bed is gigantic and very comfortable. The location is also terrific and parking in the back is a big plus. I look forward to staying with them again.

Great place to stay. We parked our car and walked to the Art Museum, Cary Town, Restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apt. was great, suitably furnished, clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location. Will definitely stay again.

Our check in and out process went smoothly. The property is in an older building and the condo needs some work. The table was sticky and the coffee machine made inedible coffee. It was a nice place overall for what we needed.

This apartment was great! It was exactly how it was marketed, and lived up to all expectations. The only complaint I had, and it was very minor, was the A/C unit was quite loud and would come on pretty frequently during the night and stay on for only a short period of time. Again, very minor. Wouls certainly recommend this staying at this place.
