Stay comfortably in Arlington at this 1-bedroom apartment. The lovely space features a spacious living room, kitchen, and a cozy queen bed with several fireplaces and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. This unit comfortably sleeps 2-4 people with an air mattress (air mattress/pump not provided). Guests enjoy a cool environment thanks to air conditioning and heating, perfect for any season. Whether you’re freshening up with an iron or keeping active nearby, this fantastic spot has you covered. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Checkin time 3pm-9pm. Late check-ins must be approved. Late checkout is not available. Paid Parking provided by the apartment community (nit the host) at the price of $5-$7 daily. Please read the house rules and let me know if you have any questions. Checkin deadline is 9pm. Late checkin must be approved by the host. No show on the day of the reservation will result in the reservation being cancelled, Guest must be 25 and older. Proof of age will be trquested.

2. No Events or parties.
3. No unregistered guests allowed.
4. No lounging/eating in the common living room area.
5. No loud noise.
6. No Pets allowed.
7. Quiet hours 12am-8am.
8. Checkout time is 11am.
Violation of these rules will incur additional charges up to $500.00.
