Stunning views & location. Spacious 1 bed apartment directly on beach El Cotillo

Beautiful apartment with amazing views from the balcony.Clean and spacious, well designed and had everything we needed for the week.Drying area for beach stuff/ wetsuit etc.Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beach, pool etc.Pool was clean and usually v quiet even though we visited in school holidays.Communication and check in all good.

This is a lovely large one bedroomed apartment with a wonderful corner balcony overlooking the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo and the swimming pool. It had everything we needed - a fully equipped kitchen, fabulous bathroom, comfortable spacious lounge and lovely bedroom with separate dressing room (and beach views from every window)! This is prime sunny location, right on the beach but also within easy walking distance to the centre and harbour with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes etc. El Cotillo is a charming fishing village with a very chilled vibe and fantastic sandy beaches with crystal clear water. Of course like most places it is gradually getting more built up and there was some building work going on in the village. Sometimes we could hear a repetitive hammering sound when we were on the balcony during the day but it wasn’t very loud and it didn’t unduly disturb us. Otherwise the apartment complex was very quiet - we stayed in mid February and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves! We thoroughly enjoyed this beach location with fantastic views up the coastal lagoons and of course the amazing sunsets, which we enjoyed watching from the balcony. A great location which we can thoroughly recommend to others. Thanks to the owners and the local contacts Ursula and James for a really lovely stay.

This is a large one bedroomed apartment looking out onto the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo. This is a sunny and prime location, absolute beachfront, but with easy walking distance to the centre and harbour with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes etc., unfortunately there is now a lot of building work going on in this once small and pretty fishing village, but hey, they say that is progress. Whether for the best remains to be seen! However, ongoing works did not unduly disturb us in this beach location with fantastic views up the coastal lagoons and of course, the setting sun. A great location which we can thoroughly recommend to others. Thanks to the owners and the local contact for a truly wonderful holiday.

Our first visit to Fuetaventura, so wasn't sure what area to stay in. So glad we chose this apartment in El Cotillo. Excellent apartment in a very good position overlooking the beach. The area may be too quiet for some but was just what we were looking for. Communication with owner and property manager was good. We hope to stay here again.

Another great time in El Cotillo ! Splendid appartment for 2 persons. Waking up with a stunning beach view from the bedroom, benefitting from the fully-equipped appartment and enjoying the large terrace, watching the sunsets. A huge 'ThankYou' to our lovely hosts, Ursula and James !!! We'll be back.

A beautiful apartment with everything provided ..(.more spacioys than photos suggested..).cool bag beach chairs and umbrellas! Well equiped kitchen confy beds SUPERB bathroom ...Too sit on that terrace watching the beach life was great and the added bonus if a pool too ...best of both worlds !! Ursula and James are delightful people who where so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips for places to see and restaurants etc. My only one negative ( and its not the aoartments fault ) was the noise of the extractor fan from restaurant below ( but not heard on terrace ) and the noise from them when setting up and closing down ...but no nouse overnight so pleaceful sleep .so hence the 4 stars not 5 overall

Everything about our stay was excellent. We stayed in Marfolin 16 which is by far the best of the various Marfolin apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very well appointed and in an excellent position We had a very happy holiday

The only criticism is (sometimes) loud music from Leo´s Bar and the noise when the bars opens or closes. Apart from that we loved it.
