This beautiful penthouse apartment with stunning sea views and a five-person hot tub more than deserves its four stars! The house is located right at the start of the ‘Liebespfad’ (Path of Love), which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is beautiful, has stunning sea views and a five-person hot tub, and is highly recommended. This apartment, newly furnished in 2014, leaves nothing to be desired. It consists of two floors. The lower floor is on the second floor, where the entrance is also located. It consists of an entrance area that leads directly to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area opens onto a balcony. Right next to the dining area is the spacious living room, which, in addition to a sea view, also has its own furnished balcony from which you can see the old town of Crikvenica, called ‘Kotor’, and the crystal-clear sea. This floor also has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The upper floor is significantly smaller. It consists of a children's room, a bathroom and an unbeatable roof terrace with a five-seater whirlpool.
