Stunning T2 Apartment With sea View

Beautiful location fronting the Ria Formosa, near restaurants, supermarkets, and beach access. The interior of property was clean and modern with all the accoutrements necessary for modern life. The few issues with the faucets were quickly resolved. Overall a great vacation was had by all.

+ stunning view over Ria Formosa + apartment well equipped with perfect setup (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra WC) + very clean + very good supportive agency (Sonia) at fuzeta - some equipment needs small repair after like 15 years of usage (showers, one closet door, dishwasher door, some furniture) - communication with owner / only contact person before check in was a bit unsatisfying: no answer at all to my emails desperately asking for checkin information

We had a wonderful stay in Del Mar in August 2023. The apartment is great and had a couple of new addictions by the owner which made the space much more comfortable. The check-in procedure was made very smooth by Sonia who received us with open arms and a full package of useful information. A fully equipped kitchen is a plus for a family with children and the availability of beach towels and toys made our stay a must! We will definitely return next year!

Relaxing stay in modern and bright apartment. Very convenient and comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day star here. We spent much of our time on the terrace staring at the views and watching for birds. The place is very spacious, clean and private and Fuzeta is a great little town. It is an easy walk to restaurants and activities. Very comfortable furniture and great hot water. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

We love Fuseta and have stayed in this apartment block multiple times. Sadly, unlike on previous stays, we found this property to be showing significant signs of wear and tear. We were unable to use the kitchen sink because it had fallen off its fixings, there was cracked glass/splash backs throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, loose floorboards to the balcony, locks not working to patio doors etc etc. The biggest problem however was the smell of waste/sewerage coming out through the drains on arrival. This reduced over time but never really went away. Please note - There is no door separating the main bedroom from the en-suite. Still, I know the list sounds long but it wasn't enough to spoil our vacation - we had a fab time despite these minor frustrations
