Stunning Sunsets and Direct Oceanviews at Paki Maui

The property was just as it was described and then a little more. The property had a Bose sound system with no instructions how to use it, so we did not touch it. There was a television in the bedroom that we could not operate. The second day that we were at the property the garbage disposal stopped working, the kitchen sink and bathtub backed up.

Great location and views. Very relaxing. The condo had all the necessities. Whale watching from the balcony was a highlight!

The ocean view from the lanai is even better than expected. You can hear the ocean all day and night. We like to walk and it’s a perfect location to be out of the Ka’anapali beach walk busy area but close enough walk to for meals, snorkeling and fun. 17 minute walk to Duke’s, 30 minutes to airport beach for great snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed for light meals, towels, comfortable furniture. Good communication from Gabe.

The view makes it worth the money spent. The condo grounds and bldg are in shambles and under construction. There is a beautiful beach but no safe access to it, every access was broken. Sink holes on the grass. The only thing that wasn’t made clear is exactly how hot it gets on the deck during certain hours. From 2-630 you have to leave the room, easily gets to 100 degrees, no AC in the unit. I am usually ok with that. We went to the pool or just went out during those hours. We were not told prior that the sliders are broken and don’t lock, they did provide bars. No safe, disturbing if there is a slider issue. We were told it was safe there, but the property is next to a public park. Transients often wandering the property from there, at all hours. The good was the kitchen is fulling stocked, the coffee pot was super nice. The pool was decent, only 4ft deep, enough to cool off. The entire place is nice and quiet. Sunrise and sunsets and view is phenomenal. Our unit was clean, super clean. The bed was comfortable, pillows very old and the comforter was too small for the bed. The Lanai is perfect size, lots of beach items available, super nice! Snorkel gear, cooler, chairs, umbrellas. Very nice to have those items. The couch is painfully uncomfortable. I actually cleaned and organized the entire porch and the usable beach “stuff”.The beach finds on the deck table was a turn off, leave the items in the sea. And it was junky looking. 3 stars is fair.

Property was exactly as advertised! Wonderful view of the ocean from the comfy lanai! Loved hearing the waves at night. Very convenient location with lots of beach and food options (check out the food truck lot, an easy walk away). Great communication as well.

This Unit at Paki Maui is beautifully updated & uses the space so efficiently & comfortably. Beds, linens, & kitchen supplies all higher quality. The lanai faces the ocean & is perfect for enjoying the view @ ambiance day or night. Communication with owner is excellent.

Gabriel is a very helpful host and the place was well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The condo was so well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The lanai furnishings were over the top comfortable for relaxing, watching whales and the turtles swim by. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was heavenly. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be that there are currently water restrictions, but the shower is so amazing, you don’t want to get out! Gabriel was spot on with all communications! Thanks for sharing.

We loved our stay in Hawaii. The property was very clean, in a great location for activities and close to many great beaches. We could see whales from the deck and had beautiful views of the ocean and islands! Everything was in working order and clean. The host communicated well, everything went smoothly.

Beautiful view and great location. The unit was very clean and had everything you need for the beach. The beach in front of the unit was very quiet and not busy at all. There were also permanent beach chairs set up by the beach that always were available.
